At Little Red Hen, we believe that the seeds of lifelong wellbeing are best sown early. That’s why we’ve introduced Yoga for Early Years – a joyful blend of movement, mindfulness, and breath- designed especially for young minds and bodies.

Conducted under the gentle guidance of a qualified and experienced children’s yoga instructor, our sessions are tailored to be fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate. Each class combines simple yoga poses, storytelling, games, and breathing exercises that not only engage children physically but also support emotional balance and focus.

Yoga helps preschoolers in many meaningful ways — improving motor skills, enhancing concentration, building flexibility, and encouraging self-awareness. More importantly, it nurtures a calm and confident outlook, helping children better regulate their emotions and respond to challenges with ease.

At LRH, our approach to yoga is play-based and inclusive. There are no right or wrong moves — just happy participation and body positivity. Whether it’s stretching like a cat, balancing like a tree, or simply lying still like a starfish, every pose becomes an adventure in learning and joy.
