On 8th November, the Little Red Hen Kothanur campus hosted an insightful faculty workshop led by Greshma Momaya, acclaimed early years education specialist and School Transformation Consultant. Greshma guided the educators through reflective exercises, prompting them to shift from routine interaction to intentional connection. She explored how trust, empathy and observation help decode a child’s emotional needs, and how responsive teaching builds resilience, curiosity and security.

The workshop acted as a catalyst, helping Little Red Hen’s teachers reaffirm their role not just as instructors, but as co-nurturers of early childhood.

This workshop by Greshma Momaya marks the beginning of a deeper transformation, where curriculum meets care, and learning begins with connection.
