After an extensive research and exposure to different teaching approaches and methodologies, we have learnt that there is no absolute education approach that will work as the perfect preschool learning curriculum for all children in the early years.
A Nurturing, Progressive Learning Environment
Our early years experts have curated a holistic curriculum where we follow an integrated approach inspired by these two educational approaches.
Rethinking Learning with Purpose
– in Collaboration with Greshma Momaya
At Little Red Hen, we believe early years education must evolve with the children it serves. To deepen this commitment, we are collaborating with Greshma Momaya, a renowned school transformation consultant known for helping visionary institutions turn philosophy into meaningful classroom practice.
With experience across India, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific, Greshma specialises in reimagining pedagogy, strengthening school culture and building teacher capacity. Her work will support Little Red Hen Early Years in refreshing our curriculum to remain deeply human while becoming even more future-ready.
Through this collaboration, we are rethinking systems, refining learning frameworks and empowering educators. We are doing this so that every decision we make serves one purpose: to help children thrive with curiosity, confidence and compassion.
This is not a change in direction, but a strengthening of roots. A step towards a more intentional, responsive and thoughtful learning journey for every child who walks through our doors.
