Smitha Naidu is an accomplished early years educator and co-founder of Little Red Hen. A graduate in Physics with a Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Teaching (PGDCT), she is certified in Brain Gym and trained in the Indian Montessori approach. Her educational journey has been further enriched by her participation in the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women entrepreneurship program at IIM Bangalore.

With over a decade of teaching experience across international schools and culturally diverse classrooms, Smitha brings a thoughtful blend of academic insight, creative pedagogy, and global best practices to early childhood education. Her deep-rooted passion for working with young children is at the heart of Little Red Hen’s nurturing philosophy.

Under her leadership, Little Red Hen Early Years has been envisioned as a vibrant, play-based learning space — where children thrive through movement, discovery, and meaningful interaction. Her work continues to champion a warm, child-centred approach that supports each child’s natural curiosity and joyful growth.
