Little Red Hen honoured with the Best Inclusive Preschool in Bengaluru award

Little Red Hen Early Years has been awarded Best Inclusive Preschool in Bengaluru by Insighte at the Inclusive Education Leadership Awards 2025, held on 6th December during The Whole Problem Conference at St. Joseph’s University.

The recognition celebrates preschools that are actively shaping learning environments where inclusion is not treated as an add-on, but as a core responsibility. The awards highlighted institutions that are building classrooms where every child feels safe, supported, and truly seen.

Little Red Hen was recognised for its intentional and thoughtfully designed inclusive preschool model. The citation acknowledged the school’s structured assessments, the presence of shadow teachers where required, and carefully planned activities that nurture empathy, awareness, and acceptance from the earliest years. These practices ensure that children are supported as individuals, while also learning to respect and understand differences around them.

Speaking on the significance of the awards, Insighte noted that true inclusion lies at the heart of a school’s culture—one that honours diversity, celebrates individuality, and creates conditions where every child can thrive. The awardees, they emphasised, are not waiting for change, but actively creating it.

For Little Red Hen, this recognition reaffirms its long-standing belief that inclusive education begins early and grows through intention, care, and everyday practice. The school continues its commitment to building learning spaces where childhood is respected, differences are embraced, and every child belongs.
