Greshma Momaya is reimagining what it means to teach, lead, and learn. For over 15+ years, she has stood at the intersection of heart and innovation – guiding schools, teachers and leaders to rebuild classrooms where curiosity feels safe, mistakes are welcome and learning becomes deeply human again.
Her journey has spanned some of the most progressive schools in India — from shaping early learning at Trio World School, Bangalore, to founding Prarthana.in World School, where she established a culture rooted in emotional intelligence and purpose-driven learning. As a Cambridge-accredited trainer, Greshma has helped educators connect global standards with local realities, ensuring pedagogy remains inclusive, relevant, and meaningful.
She is the Founder of Eduverse, a global education network connecting educators from India, Spain, Indonesia, the Middle East, Australia and the U.K. through collaborative learning cycles, reflective dialogues, and shared practices. Eduverse is not just a network – it is a movement, built to give educators space to grow, lead, and become global voices shaping the future of learning.
Her flagship program, Healing Your Classroom, recognized by HundrED.org (Finland & U.K.), equips educators with trauma-informed, emotionally intelligent practices that transform classrooms into spaces of safety and belonging.
A Harvard-certified School Leader with a Masters in Education (IB specialization), Greshma has trained and mentored over 5,000 educators, led curriculum transformation for 20+ schools, and designed learning experiences for 15+ institutions across India and abroad.
Her work has reached educators across 10+ countries through webinars, summits, and international collaborations, fostering a global dialogue around teacher well-being, inclusive leadership, and the evolving identity of educators in a post-AI world. Invited as a speaker at 50+ conferences and featured on 20+ podcasts, Greshma’s thought leadership explores how emotional intelligence, innovation, and human connection can coexist in modern education systems.
Her message cuts through theory – education must first heal the adults who deliver it before it can truly serve the children who receive it.
This is not a change in direction, but a strengthening of roots. A step towards a more intentional, responsive and thoughtful learning journey for every child who walks through our doors.
Recognition & Thought Leadership
Her contributions have been recognized by Harvard University, HundrED.org (Finland), and GESS Dubai, alongside multiple national education awards for innovation and leadership excellence. Her published reflections and keynote addresses continue to influence global conversations around teacher identity, emotional safety, and future-ready education systems.
Community Impact
Followed by a thriving community of 15,000+ educators and parents worldwide, Greshma continues to build Eduverse as a sanctuary for teachers – where they are not just trained, but seen, heard, and celebrated as architects of a more humane future.
